Fovar is a treasury app for groups: savings clubs, associations and communities that collect dues and look after money together. If something is not working, or you have a question, we are here to help.
Email support@nbdomains.com. Please write from the email address you use to sign in to Fovar, and tell us the name of your group if your question is about one.
Never send us a password, a card number or a bank account number. We will never ask for them.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and follow the steps. We email you a code to set a new password.
To stop text reminders, reply STOP to any text from Fovar, or open the app, tap You, then Text reminders, then Stop texting me. Reply HELP to a text for help.
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. Fovar never sees or stores your full card number. If a payment looks wrong, email us with the date and the amount.
In the app, tap You, then Delete my account. What is deleted, and what is kept.
